- This database provides access to digital collections of primary sources (photos, letters, diaries, artifacts, etc.) that document the history of women in the United States. These diverse collections range from Ancestral Pueblo pottery to interviews with women engineers from the 1970s.
Europeana 1914-1918
- An excellent source of primary materials on WWI, this site contains a digital collection of 400,000 items from the national libraries of eight countries as well as 650 hours of film on the war. Information is searchable by type (i.e. letters, diaries, photographs, films, etc.), subjects (such as propoganda, trench life, and aerial warfare), and the different fronts of the war.
